Brandon Tomlinson has 10 years of expertise in Insurance Claim Law and Litigation. He is an expert in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Brandon, like many insurance coverage attorneys, began his career by defending insurance carriers in the areas of first party property, personal injury protection, negligent security, premises and property liability, and various coverage issues. Over the course of many successful cases Brandon gained a well-rounded understanding of both an insurers’ position, as well as a plaintiffs’. These areas along with experience working as an Investigator for the Public Defender, allow him to support client goals in a wide range of matters. Prior to founding the firm in 2016, Brandon worked at an international law firm focusing on business litigation, first party property, and contract drafting. In addition, he was the Managing Shareholder for a law firm where he gained substantial experience in contract drafting and interpretation, while managing all firm employees and the entire litigation department. Before entering the legal profession, he worked in construction and mastered the phases from initial planning to completion. Brandon is the Managing Shareholder at the Tomlinson Law Group, P.A. where he handles property damage claims on behalf of restoration and mitigation companies, homeowners, and commercial entities.
Scott has 17 years of legal experience in case planning, development, management, legal research, client interviews, and more.
Scott holds an undergraduate degree from Winona State University in Minnesota, where he served as an intern for a criminal defense firm. During this time, Scott had the opportunity to work on the appellate brief for State v. Burbach, 2005 Minn. LEXIS 212, a high profile criminal case. His assistance in this landmark case aided in the full acquittal of the Defendant from all criminal charges.
After graduation, Scott began work with a legal malpractice firm where he helped prepare over twenty (20) appeals to various appellate courts, including the Illinois Supreme Court. Scott’s robust paralegal experience includes zoning appeals, civil litigation and probate and family law matters. His expertise encompasses all aspects of the legal process from pre-litigation, up until trial. Scott has developed a knack for helping clients successfully navigate the complexities of the legal process.
In early 2020 Scott relocated to South Florida to join the Tomlinson Law Group. He is committed to the company’s clients and is available to assist in addressing any concerns you have about your specific claim or case and is available to answer any questions you may have regarding the legal process. Scott is an avid sports fan and enjoys golfing and bowling in his free time.

With over a year of experience as a legal assistant, he brings a strong background in customer service and a commitment to excellence. Fully bilingual in Spanish, Andres ensures clear and effective communication with a diverse client base. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and spending quality time with family.
